Enfield Town v Harrow Borough

littlehampton

Recommended Posts

Another cracking match in prospect at Donkey Lane on Tuesday evening (7.45pm), when Town will be looking to do the double over rivals Harrow Borough. Back in September, Town chalked up their first away win of the season, winning 2-1 at Earlsmead, thanks to goals from Dernell Wynter and Samir Bihmoutine.

Our opponents are currently 13th in the Ryman Premier Division table, with 34 points from 23 matches, 6 points ahead of Town in 17th spot, who have played 2 games less.

After an excellent performance and result at Needham Market on Saturday, Town will be looking for more of the same in this home fixture, and another three points to push them up the table. It will certainly not be easy, and another difficult, keenly contested match is likely, and Brad and the boys will welcome plenty of vocal support and encouragement, as they battle for another much needed victory.

Good luck everyone. Let's do the business guys!!

Good to see that tonight's match is definitely ON.

Should be plenty of home support for Town, and our players will be very keen to reward Towners with a pre- Christmas present of another win and  three precious points.

Can we make it three wins on the bounce?

Watch this space!

Great win and a clean sheet to boot ! We played very well tonight. Defensively we were much tighter than we've been of late and we looked very dangerous going forward. Great to see Bobby back, he looked hungry and took his goal well as did Kouassi with a great header. Harry deservedly got MOTM for another tireless display and Corey looked dangerous but was unfortunately injured in the first half. Finally, it's nice to have had a great ref who was fair to both teams and left his cards in his pocket on a very tricky surface. Great night out in all, it's a pity that there was only 214 of us there to see it.
