Tel Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Another Tuesday night at The Orchard this time for CB Hounslow Utd v KnaphillI was at The Orchard last Saturday for the Vase game v Sun Sports, Bedfont had a poor first half but picked up in the second. I'm off to my very local game at Ashford this Saturday, I've seen seven C / C games so far this season and W & H seem about the best I've seen so far this season and that's counting the greatest second half performance seen by me and Tango Man at Bedfont. Incessant moaning from both sets of players, management for the entire game that was an embarrassment to both sides. The ref made a few mistakes though nothing too major but the abuse he received was unforgiveable. Would love to see the reaction if a player made a mistake and the ref told him he was f...ing crap. The abuse was so bad even the lino on the far side ended up having to defend the ref. The only thing I think the ref should have done was yellow card someone for the abuse earlier, that might have stopped it A shame really as they were 2 decent sides when football broke out. Knaphill got 3 penalties all converted and the ref got all 3 decisions spot on if you pardon the pun Good things for the night, some talented youngsters on both sides, decent chat with the Knaphill officials, tasty cheeseburger Bad things verbal abuse, diving by a couple of players Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
