What a game at Kiln Brow, Lobsters 3 Eversley 1.

Reds 2 - 1 up with over 30 minutes left on the clock are down to ten men for a challenge and it looked like he was through so he had to go, the Californians pushed on but it was Redhill who were more determined and were creating some fantastic runs and the chances kept coming, one such chance sees Kedze clipped by the keeper as he rounds him and its a penalty but keeper makes excellent stop....we kept pushing again and again, no sitting back playing down the clock, the fans wanted more and they got it Kedze beating the defence and charging towards goal and what a goal, not content with a celebration back flip but a handfull of chips and ketchup from a fan in the crowd! We pushed on to then end, what an important win. Good to see twenty or so fans waiting for the players to leave the field being met with handshakes and shouts! Cant wait for the next game!

My first visit to Abbey for a football match.  Pitch looked decent considering the rain we have had.

Camberley started off like an express train and were 2-0 up with the first 15 minutes.  Abbey to their credit reorganised and took the game to Camberley and reduced the arrears when their best player, 10, laid a goal on a plate for their player.

2nd half was scrappy with Camberley defending deep and allowing Abbey onto them while trying to spring a counter attack,  To be fair neither side really looked like scoring until Norman had to produce a finger tip save right at the death to give Camberley the win.

Good to see a couple of ex Krooners in the Abbey line up in Paris and Stone and always a pleasure to see Webby.

thought the ref did ok considering both sides spent a lot of the game in his ear.

Great effort off the pitch as well from the hosts and mini Krooner says the chicken nuggets are top notch so thanks to Denis and the team there.

Horley Town 3 Sutton Common Rovers 0

Good win for town and another three points and a clean sheet. We missed skipper Adam Pullin at the back today but made up for it with some very good goals. Matt Fairbrother fired in the first after a great run. Richard Wetton made it two nil with another great strike. This was followed by a third for Town again from Matt Fairbother. Town went in at half time three nil up. Second half was much the ame but with Craig Bradsaw in the Sutton goal keeping them in the game with several good saves inclduing a great tip round the post from Richard Wetton. Final score three nil to Horley another good referee who did well in the tricky conditions.

Specail mention to Craig Bradshaw (Sutton goal Keeper) who saw Scott Robson go down injured struggling to breath and he put him straight in the recovery position what non league football family is all about.

Enjoyable and open game at Wibbandune which Balham won 4-2.

Quick mention of our reserve team who are in two domestic cup semi finals and the Surrey county junior cup quarter finals.  :)

Ash Utd 0 Chessy 4

Another difficult pitch to play on, but for the second week in a row both sets of players gave everything! In the end it was our quality that showed with 2 goals in each half.

Full back J Flack opened the scoring with a header at the back post with only 160 seconds on the clock, couldn't of asked for a better start against an Ash side that have had some decent results recently.

Flack then became provider as his pinpoint pass found Martyn Gange who's first touch was pretty special (it reminded me of Micheal Owen against Argentina all them years ago) this set him up for a scooped shot that dropped into the far corner of the goal, surely goal of the season!?

The game was put to bed early in the 2nd half when a Kiemon Robinson corner found Dan Green on the edge of the box, he shot was on target but 16 year old George Isaacs decided to flick the ball in for his first ever senior goal!

Lee Davison recently signed from Worcester Park was back from a 3 week holiday and Kyle Green available again after serving his 4 month suspension were brought on for Gange and Robinson.

Ade Peters who also has been in the goals recently replaced Freddie Myers who made his first start after a year out with injury.

All had chances to score, Davison narrowly missing the target from 18 yards out, Peters brought down by the Ash keeper when through on goal! K Green did get his goal when he ran from the half way line with the ball and slotted into the bottom corner!

Overall it was a very good performance and very comfortable away win. It was nice to keep a clean sheet against a side who had scored 11 goals in their previous 3 games.

Very fair report Darren. We wasn't at all at the races yesterday & you deserved the win.

Pitch was always going to be difficult to play on especially as it was the 4th game on it in a week after frost, rain, snow, & with a heavy shower 30mins before ko, but still playable as your side clearly showed
