Interesting couple of matches;

Bagshot v Chessington & Hook United

Banstead Athletic v Eversley & California

Various outcomes can help other teams.

Our 1st team will be playing a friendly v Dorking FC on Saturday on our second pitch at Wibbandune at 2pm.

Our reserves are on the main pitch in their league cup semi final at the same time.

Noticed a couple of Ryman games are having inspections in the morning (one is Guernsey away in all fairness). Didn't think it had been that bad last couple of days. Are there any planned in the CCL?

Pitches are still hard, we've had 10days of below freezing & day temp hasn't been very high either. However a warm night may thaw enough of the ground to play but rain is also due which could leave pitches waterlogged as it cant drain away

Keep me updated with how your pitch is in the morning Burger

Little bit of rain last night so will keep an eye on website, should be ok, +5 and no frost last night and at 9am it was +6 and with luck should be +8 for kick off, fingers crossed as no idea how the the new pitch will react.

FT Lobsters 2 v 0 Lammas.

Great result and believe its a club record of 12 wins on the trot. Could have been more to be honest. Pitch played well.

Camberley 3 Horley 0 excellent win against what looked like a very good Horley side, the youth players are really stepping up and putting in  a good shift even when down to ten they did not buckle

the score line though was probably a bit harsh on Horley.

I was critical of the referee the other night for playing the game on an unplayable pitch. Today the referee and two linesmen at the Farnham Town v Windsor game were excellent. Hope to see them again.

Except it appears the ref doesn't know the law has been changed about red card for last defender this season.

Just did not have our shooting boots on today!

Or maybe you dont know it or understand it Rother :)

I see one of our "mercenaries" from last season is putting in some good shifts for Windsor at the moment ;)

Bagshot 2 Chessy 5

We made it 7 wins on a spin against the former league leaders with a very impressive first half performance.

With 7 players unavailable we had to shuffle the pack a little bit, this worked a treat with regular RB J Flack moving higher up to RW, he ended scoring our first 3 goals as we completely blitzed Bagshot with some scintillating attacking play!

Walter Figueira got on the scoresheet in the 40th minute with great composure in front of goal to really put the game to bed.

All this happened before Bagshot even managed a shot on goal!!

4 up at half time, the team talk was to ride the early storm and try to hit them on the break......the lads had other ideas, they started the second like they finished the first, complete domination, we actually created more chances in the second half but failed to add to score line.

16 year old CB George Isaacs grabbed himself a goal on 69 minutes to make it 2 in 2 for the impressive youngster. His U18 team mate Tyrell Muchina (also 16) was brought on with just over 20 minutes to play.

After our fifth goal it was incredible how the game changed, played in rather good spirits up until that point. It turned a bit nasty with some late fouls and blatant attempts to foul and hurt my players, it was quite embarrassing to watch really.

Bagshot scored 2 late goals with us taking our foot off the gas a bit, in between goals we could of scored a few more but we didn't have our shooting boots in the second half. This was made quite clear to us from the Bagshot keeper who screamed at my players after each miss "AHHHH YOUR SHIT" a weird statement from someone who had conceded 5 goals!!
