Tranmere Rovers star Andy Mangan says that playing at home is a positive experience, ahead of tonight's big game against Boreham Wood at Prenton Park.

The 30-year-old professes his excitement of playing at Rovers' home ground and says that it is a pleasure to play here.

He said: "I love playing at Prenton Park. It's a great ground, the fans get behind you and we have to keep going despite a couple of setbacks in the last couple of home matches.

"If we win and Lincoln lose, the gaps closes. We have to keep working hard every single game. At times it will be pretty, at other times it is going to be difficult where we have to grind it out but we have to have the mentality that we have to win.

"When you come to a Club like Tranmere Rovers, you have to understand that winning is the be all and end all. We have a great group of lads in the dressing room who all want to do well and I'm sure the results will go well until the end of the season."
