I think the bet is gone already - Dagenham winning 3-0 at half-time!

Dagenham seem to have got a goalscoring forward from QPR - Pacquette (who we had preseason 2002/3, if I recall) scored their 3rd.

We certainly did...

Richard Pacquette looked good pre-season for us, but I've no idea/memory* as to why we didn't/couldn't* get him... * delete as applicable

Wasn't there some connection with Gloucester City or something?

Well as I recall he only played in one match (at Thurrock) and was dire so went back to QPR

I thought he was a player the fans were keen on, but QPR decided they wanted him back?

Luckily you were scuppered elsewhere FleetFanatic - if it was the Chester v Gravesend - HOME prediction that had let you down, you'd have been sick, especially as you said in another thread "I fancy us nicking a point" !! (I think thats called covering yourself !!)

Yeah but realistically on paper we were expecting nothing!

Glad to be wrong - that's why these big bets for just £1 are good - if you lose, you only lose £1!
