The Evo-Stik Southern League Premier League have confirmed that, although the FA will take no further action after the fixture between Didcot Town and Hereford was abandoned, they are still awaiting the conclusion of the own investigation.

The game was abandoned after confrontations between supporters and players following a Bulls goal late in the game.

The incident saw the match officials abandon the game with minutes left on the clock.

The league released the following statement "The League are aware that while the FA have informed both Clubs that they will be taking no further action, they are still dealing with other matters from events during the abandoned game on 4th March.

As a result the Evo-Stik League Southern are unable to conclude their own investigations into the matter until such time as the FA investigations have concluded"
