FF News Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Bishop’s Stortford FC have confired that Kevin Watson has been appointed as the Blues’ manager for the 2017/18 season. Former Spurs player Watson joined the Blues on a short-term deal in late March, and with only a day to add to his squad before signings deadline day, he was unable to keep us in the National League. But he picked up his victory as Blues’ boss in the 4-0 demolition of Truro City on the final day of the season, and BSFC board are confident that he can build a successful team in the Evo-Stik Southern League. The Blues’ boss has a wealth of knowledge of the pro game having also been a player at , Swindon, Rotherham, Reading, Colchester United and Luton Town, with managerial experience at Maldon & Tiptree, assistant manager to Teddy Sheringham at Stevenage, assistant to Ronnie Moore at Eastleigh and assistant manager at Whitehawk.
