Nathan moved on and Bobby out injured long term

It does not surprise me that Bobby is still unfit. It was apparent from the way he responded at the time that something serious had happened.

So far as Nathan Livings is concerned, without knowing why he has not been signed

it is hard to comment. The observations on the " Braintree Watch " may be an

answer. Perhaps the question should be put to the manager when the occasion arises.

I would have retained him if it had been my choice.

Bumped into Nathan Livings he didn't jump ship to Braintree as has been mentioned a few times he stayed loyal to town & spoke to the new management team. He wouldn't say too much out of respect for the club chairman & fans but I don't think he felt he was wanted.

But isn't that what managers are there to do, pick and choose who they think will be best for them !

When Slough was in a similar position to what Enfield are going through ie change of new manager at the helm,

we kept three out of our previous squad, when I as a supporter thought we should have kept five.

Later in the season the new Slough joint managers agreed they had been hasty letting too many go. However to their credit they still got our team promoted !

Andy Leese is no mug on non league football players. I think some Enfield fans need to give him a chance to prove himself.

Oh and by the way I don't know Andy Leese personally.

It could be said that Brad was too close to the players and that does seem to be the case with so many of last season's squad joining him at Braintree.

If Andy is more remote and aloof that may not be such a bad thing as every game players will be playing for their place and not keeping it due to the emotions of the manager. There were many players such as Tyler and, possibly,  Kirbs who did not seem to be on Brad's must play list. Consider when Kirbs lost the captaincy and replaced by Muleba.

I get the other comments I was Just clearing up the original messages and the assumption that "everyone" had bailed to follow Brad and the question of "loyalty" I learnt a long time ago as a player and supporter that there is very little loyalty in football either way. Clubs will dump players just as easily as players will leave a club. The only loyalty is supporters and their club. As for BQ always thought he was tactically lacking which was proved in the first 20 minutes of the playoff.
