FF News
The pre-season friendly match between Kidderminster Harriers and West Bromwich Albion scheduled for 1 August has been postponed. The Baggies were due to visit Worcestershire for Harriers’ final friendly of the summer campaign, but with intense schedules on both sides, the clubs have agreed that the game will be rearranged for a date during the season to be confirmed. Harriers Chairman Colin Gordon commented: “This was a game we were looking forward to but, from our point of view, with the numbers now available to us and with the season starting next week, it’s a sensible call to move it. “West Brom also have a busy week next week with plenty of games, so rather than squeeze another one in that might really stretch the two squads even further, it’s better to wait until perhaps an International break when we can get together in strong numbers and enjoy a game at Aggborough.” Source: www.harriers.co.uk Source
