Eynon's departure, and that of financial director Mike Cole last month, means that there are now two short-term vacancies on the board. 'We respect the decision Phil has reached and on behalf of everyone at the club I'd like to thank him for the huge amount of time and effort he has put in at Edgar Street over the past two years," said Hereford chairman Ken Kinnersley. "He has played a vital role in ensuring the club has had solid foundations to build from, and that the club has been governed properly from the outset.
