WXEn8 Posted October 2, 2017 Share Posted October 2, 2017 In March of 1972, aged nearly eleven, I watched my already beloved Stoke beat Chelsea in the League Cup final at Wembley. Forty-nine days later I was taken to see Enfield lose 2-0 to Hendon in the Amateur Cup Final, also at Wembley. Hendon broke my heart that day. I have never forgiven them. Roll on Tuesday.
