Bedfont sports is one of the few clubs in the CCL with its own ground going in the right direction on and off the field. The junior section is going great guns and is well structured, the senior side is going from strength to strength and the facilities are top draw!. All this is happening within the means of the club which is spot on. All of this is down to Dave's structured vision and great family and volunteer support!

Blue print for other clubs?  :hump:

Well done Dave very much deserved!!

And yes Frank has done an equally brilliant job with CB.....Surely at CCL we should see 10-15 other clubs doing something similar?

I would think there are probably at least that number doing the same or similar.

My views on groundsharing are well known to those unfortunate enough to have read my posts past few years but there are many clubs with own grounds, youth setups in place and budgeting responsibly I would have thought?

Meadowbank is due to be up and running soon. (slight yawn !!)

It'll be interesting to see the hire costs are set at, and what take-up there is.
