I'll second that. What a marvellous day. We were quite awesome. Pinned in our own half for some periods of the game but we also controlled some spells ourselves. Very few goalscoring chances - we missed the best one but we're good at that. What am I telling you for anyway - it's on MOTD tonight. Splendid.

Congratulations to Canvey - and to all those sides who drew with league opposition.
Me, I'm actually disappointed because I thought that Bristol Rovers were there for the taking - a very poor side. Sadly we missed from 2 yards with a couple of minutes to go. Maybe we'll get something from the replay.

Well done all the non-league clubs for holding their own against league opposition. It has to be noted the Ryman prem was again over represented in the FA Cup, how dare the Conference attempt to overlook us in favour of the Southern and northern leagues. Special praise to Canvey, we thought Port vale last season was exceptional, then they go and top it by beating Wigan first time. Bedford and Aldershot looks like you could have been through as well with a bit of concentration in front of goal, perhaps you could have loaned our Robbie Reinelt or Nicky Simpson to have fixed your passage.
