what? just cos they couldnt beat riccay.. mm i suppose thats reason enough then..

loads of conspiricay theories about hornchurch..

they want to be sucsessful so they reach a size where they have to move to an out of town stadium on the 127 freeing up the real estate.. which is huge and fking worth a mint.. trouble is i think its council owned but maybe they have to pay some compensation or something ..

rumours of bryco being in the crap every other day

rumours of rumours etc

yet to see any hard evidence of any of this.. i would guess most of it is thrown around by jealous third parties, we got plenty of that on our swift rise up but not on this scale .. once thay have finished second for 3 seasons everyone will leave em alone

the only hard fact i do know about the urchins is that they are having a post xmas wobble up.. cant think why that is hey pabird ;-)

The story just does not ring true somehow, you have to think that all that money has been poured in for more than the nice thought of developing a non league football team

The word developing or development carries more weight when allied to land or property, Walker and one or two others in the pro leagues and Kingy in the non league set-up are rare beasts who do it for fun

You just have to hope for the sake of Essex non league that the Hornchurch "boom" is based on a future that has a long term use for the team

As for the post Christmas wobble?? Aldershot and ricay can tell the story better than most

Thurrock yes a fun run but Grays would worry me if the Peterborough situation became serious and Braintree we have to wait and see but yes potential

Ricay could be the most interesting, its always easier to take on an established club but we need to see the colour and depth of the wedge to understand the depth of intent

I still think the Hornchurch thing is a "business" intent

yes...I thought that the IPS No's would match up....thing is that hx is run as a business ....a footie type business....so right there pabird....

bryco have nothing to do with hx (other than previously as sponsors of the kit which is now in tha hands of vauxhall)....never did have.....in fact the bryco as you all knew it ceased last summer when it was taken over by coldseal in a 150 million pound deal....do you lot never read the papers...

also the club obviously needs to either redevelop the exisiting site or move to a new one...aint much wrong with that is there...acceptable if within the upminster/hx bounderies....

current ground is council owned but obviously a valuable lease to hx....should be developed in my opinion as its totally unsatisfactory for league football which is where we will be in a few years time...canvey will also have to build a new stadium....will that be on canvey island...will access be good enough........

rumours abound always when a club has quick success...(canv is right...you've had it in the past and now its our turn).....we have that now and it will continue...you can take that as read....it makes for good postings does it not.... <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

strikes me that hx is not a good subject for conjecture as most pontificators always get it wrong....no sign of any acceptance of that of course...

we'd be skint by xmas

we'd never get into div 1

we'd not last a minute in the prem...

we won't make the alliance...

darlington will kill us..

tranmere will score 6...

stevenage will thrash us...

it goes on and on....wishful thinking or banter....hhhmmm...you decide..anyway....

humble pie is definately not on the menu when it comes to non league hypocricy...

keep it up chaps....we love it... <img src="/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

interestingly enough pabird...whilst slagging georgie orf you seem always to forget the two premier league championships he won with chesham and enfield....as well as assorted silver pots accumulated....

did you forget.... <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the response Unc, On the issues above I have never been associated with any of any of those opinions, Ryman premier has been seriously underestimated by losers since wayback
I have said that GB has a habit of failing at the back end of seasons and history supports that statement
Whether or not I like GB or his methods (I do not) matters not a toss, I do believe that his methods of motivation lack season long stamina, then again GB is being paid and Im not
