As posted elsewhere, it's out of our hands too.

Canvey want to keep him as cover against injuries in the run in to the title.

He is a free agent at the end of the season.

***They couldn't blow the title now even if they fielded 11 one-legged monkeys with a complete disinterest in football. Come on King Jeff, you know we'd've done the same for you...

If this is the case and we can keep extending his loan wouldnt it be good business to keep him on loan now and keep extending it. Then at end of the season sign him for diddly squat!! Surely best option if Canvey are willing to let him keep playing here at the moment.

I didn't think we were allowed to extend a monthly loan past three months.

Correct, at the end of this period he has to go back.

Besides, as I have said several times now, Canvey WANT him back, they don't want him out for the rest of the season.

And as I have said a couple of times,I heard from a mate of his that he wants to sign for us. Unfortunatly, unless JK agrees to release him or sell him for a reasonable fee there is nothing we can do.I am still passing on the positive comments though.
