At Ware.......Ryman Div 1 North........Yes..........

I realy dont want to start anything but I agree with syrup 99% of Enfield fans
(= 36)
already know about ware as they were told!(keep the parents informed)

As to the funding of the club, Really come on now it's nothing too do with you guy's.
(unless we're interested)

We are two differant teams even if you guy's did support Enfield F.C You dont now. You follow Enfield Town.
(corr logic!)

You dont hear Enfield fans (good place for a full stop)
asking you were you get your funding or what you guy's doing!!

As it's nothing to do with us! (Is that why more ex Enfield supporters can be seen @ Brimmo each home game??)

Anyway good luck for the rest of the season.
(and to you)

edited by me!

Been on holiday Syrop son!

As an ex EFC fan I still take an interest in what is happening. I'm glad to see that freedom of speech is alive and well in theis country!

The future is together....Enfield United?!

I didn't mention any names..., but I seem to have touched a nerve. Ware will do nicely for know thank you, not (Edg)Ware as I seem to recall someone else making enquiries about.(NLP)

I haven't seen it recently Neil, no.

why aren't fans of one club allowed to ask questions about another?

I'm sure Spurs fans want to know if Arsenal will be able to fund their new ground

just as Arsenal wonder if Spurs will ever get a manager.

You guys/gals should really take a chill pill, and not be so touch.

Personally I think it is a shame you are going to Ware for 5 years; but then that demonstrates, to me, your commitment to football in Enfield.

all my love "nice bloke"

Unfortunately, there is no room for EFC at Brimsdown due to the number of other teams playing there (Brimsdown and ETFC ladies). I understand that it is now just about up to Ryman 'B' standard and more importantly is in the borough of Enfield. The next best option is to merge the two clubs....lets face it, despite misgivings on both sides, it really is the only way forward. Let common sense prevail, there is enough fighting in the world already so we don't need any more over a couple of football clubs

Of course you're right, sarge, but it seems that those in charge at EFC - and their fans who post here - aren't interested.

To be fair there are a number of ETFC supporters who oppose the idea as well, but opinion seems to be gradually shifting.

I stand behind the goal and I have not once in that time heard any positive reaction to a merger between the Enfields. But anyway, why has this been raised again? I thought the whole idea was a dead duck?
