I a confused that moussa sidibe had to get international clearance and not a work permit because he is not british.
billy bone got international clearance a few weeks back?
Are there different levels of international clearance?

I think the international clearance relates to the other country's FA releasing his registration etc.
I couldn't possibly comment on the work permit situation.
Dave Holden known my views on a certain someone else who needs one though!

thought he was from mali?only played in france didn't he? or did he get residency nationality thingy

Work Permits are a minefield.

If he holds a French passport/French residency/French right of abode he won't need one.

He also isn't a professional so that will add to his non requirement for one.
