just on this issue and a comment of a far more serious and important nature.....

as has been soundly reported...2 million brits own homes in France and Spain.....at least a dozen of my pals have already given up the ghost and gone to live permanently in theirs.....

the trend will continue and grow into a mass exodus that'll make the old testament look like alice thru the fckin looking glass....

us out....gypos in...Blair's gangsters in power forever as the gypos will have to sign a 100 year 'standing order' to vote new labour...

I can see it now....

'england' moves to spain.....(forget france as no fcker with any nonce would live there anyway unless we can get the french out...country's okay)....

gypos all move here and our first language becomes a mixture of hindu...slovakian and albanian....with a bit of 'muslimese' slung in for good measure....

we all wear the spanish national footie shirt on the beaches with the new sponsor coldseal proudly displayed on the front just above the new national flag showing the cross of st george over the knights templar motif...(think hard)....

my season tickets at the Bernabeau rocket in value as 1 million people try and get in there to watch beckham...rooney...owen et al ply their skills....under sven of course....

spain becomes the new centre of world affairs and britain is left in a frozen age of anarchy....street violence and poverty....

the NHS is disbanded and an albanian led military coup topples blairs government and the country teeters on the verge of civil war...ex pats are called upon to defend 'their' country from this terrible threat.....

what we reply...THIS is our country...you stole the other fcker from us...you defend it....

See that the Spanish government was voted out last night! The Socialists are in control. It's 1936 all over again! - lol.

Re: Exodus - This weekend I read another article claiming that more and more Brits will be moving to the Pas de Calais, as once the high speed rail link is finished in 2007 it will only be an hour to commute to London.

I had a really strange dream the other night...I swear its true...really vivid it was and a little eerie...I was in a plane...a big one and there was one other person in there with me...a japanese elderly gent...anyway...for some reason we both had to jump out without parachutes....

I vivdly recall thinking about having a few moments to live as I tumbled thru the darkness...it was uncannily and scarily 'real'...

I never hit the bottom (as you don't in dreams)...but found myself in a strange sunlit land covered in palm trees and lush vegetation...my japanese friend was with me....

the place was uninhabited so we set about building somewhere to live....within years we had created a bustling metropolis full of beautiful people and fabulous cities with thriving industries and great wealth....

in due course we wanted to travel back home and see our families again and show off our new found wealth and prosperity...so we flew back to the land from wence we came....it was destroyed by war and strife and famine and was totally barren...totally uninhabited......there was nothing left.....

we set about finding somewhere to live and within a few years we had built a thriving bustling city........

I then awoke and wondered what the fck that was all about....

The new Spanish government (this morning) are already declaring they will pull Spanish troops out of Iraq
Why? well they had no problem with getting rid of Saddam but they considered before the action that it would make the terrorists the more determined and actually increase the problems (9/11 ditto type action)
I make them correct and have said all along we should have put a sniper on the barsteward

Unfortunately.....Getting rid of Saddam Husein has made no difference at all to the violence in Iraq......so why would getting rid of Bin Laden make any difference to violence around the world...Unfortunately when you cut off the Head of Terrorism another one grows in it's place...Far brainier people than me (or you) have tried and failed miserably to find an answer.

Apart from Ireland it has worked around the world to spend cash on education and the development of a decent life style for the poorest in which ever country you are attempting to make friendly
Religious fanatics have major problems recruiting from people in reasonable circumstance
They may recruit a few idiot offspring but not the adults enjoying a reasonable, educated healthy lifestyle

Good answer........but as we are hearing in France......Religion and Education don't always go hand in hand....another reason for taking religion out of Schools?....As for Teachers....I seem to renmember the Riots in London were fronted by the Students many who went on to be Teachers........they are usually the most radical people of all.

In simple terms those particular people are not teachers but fugitives from a society that makes honest demands
Teachers have lost their professional "image" since the pinks got hold of their unions

So you reckon that none of those Scum who took part in the riots went on to be Teachers.....I find that hard to believe.....and they are teaching the Citizens of the future.

I loved it on BBC News last night !

Political commenpotatter rabbitin' on about the change from,
[color:"blue"] 'The ruling POPULAR party to the SOCIALIST party...'

[color:"black"] Was then asked how this would affect Britain, and more especially, 'Big Tone'

[color:"blue"] 'Well,' [color:"black"] came the reply, [color:"red"] 'I don't think this will please Mr Blair too much. He will find it hard to work with this Government....'

[color:"black"] Errrr ! Excuse me ? SOCIALIST party ????

[color:"red"] Speaks volumes about THIS country, don't it Unc ?? [color:"black"]

I gave up when NEW LABOUR became OLD TORY.....i suggest people canvas their MP's for a Referendum.....on the Ballot Paper they have Labour, Tory, or None of the Above.......pehaps when they realise None of the Above gets most of the Votes perhaps they will Listen!
"And in these green and ancient fields.........
