Excerpt from Fisher message board :-

 

Matthew Rouse was released by the club on Monday following a meeting with Wayne on Sunday. We wish him all the best and will support him in any decision he chooses to make regarding his future.

 

A couple of Fisher fans (the only 2 ??) have suggested this release was due to "non football reasons", and seem pretty hacked off to have lost the player in this way.
