Please forgive my ignorance, but I've read several bits of news, particularly recently, regarding clubs being granted ground improvement grants. Is this an avenue we can utilise ?

I'm guessing we can't because we don't own the ground ?

When the roof was there.....they moaned about getting showered by flakes of paint & rust.
Now it isn't, they still moan!
