It looks as though we will be playing in the Conference National next season.

Can I be the first to say what a silly name that is - it sounds like a horse race.

Conference restructuring arrangements

Note the absence of Hendon, who, despite their high Ryman finish this season, have opted out of next season's Conference South (something to do with moving to a new ground apparently), to be replaced by Basingstoke.

Still conference South should be entertaining with Hornchurch, Weymouth and Grays chucking stupid money about to gain promotion.

Yes - Hornchurch signed Kirk Jackson from Yeovil today apparently, so they're certainly signalling their intentions.

Does nobody care what standard of football they play, just about money?? Where's the pride to play at the best level you can? Still we hardly need the likes of Mr Wormull.
