Lowest crowd ever for a Trophy final

Recommended Posts

Typical Canvey arrogance thinking they only had to turn up to win and deservedly got turned over by a commited Hednesford side, which just goes to prove that no matter how much money Jeff 'I own half the island' King throws at the club you cannot buy success.

It certainly won't be bought with your gate money, the lowest crowd ever for a Trophy final I believe and most were from Hednesford, and for those of you who did go

Did you all go,

Did you all go,

Did you all go in one car,

Did you all go in one car,

that is a pretty crap turnout but its still better than any the fleet have posted at a trophy final

Well, well Mr Rotten returns after nearly a year away and puts the biggest load of crap ever seen on these forums.

This guy really is an idiot. He doesn't post on here regularly except when Canvey get a bad result.

His hatred for all things Canvey is extremely shallow. At least the Billericay lot have some intelligence!

It depends on what you mean by success? Are you saying winning the Ryman prem with 19 clear points and reaching the FA trophy final is not any kind of success??

We lost to worthy winners! Most Canvey fans could have told you themselves that this was never going to be a walk in the park! They had heart, passion! and real fire in their bellies to win it! more then can be said for you Rotten!

Jelousy does not suit you sir! you are so shallow with your comments! sad very sad individual you are!

P.S

how many games have you attended this season? Ahh as I remember your were to tight to even go to watch your own team play!

Rotten tight [****!!****] Crawshaw..It's all coming back to me now! always bitching on about King and his finances! then complaining about how much it costs to watch a game of football.

Get a life crawshaw.. Preferable on the moon, its a tax free haven I hear...

Well the moon would be preferable to your god forsaken island.

I didn't say winning the Ryman wasn't success or indeed getting to the Trophy final, just a shame nobody wants to come and watch you as evidenced by the paltry crowd yesterday, most of whom were Hednesford fans, but then that is what happens to small time outfits who try and buy their way to success.

Oh is that so, tight [****!!****]!! So how many Hednesford fans exactly were there???

If you think its about how many fans turn up for big games to make a team successfull then your already on a different planet!!

You wouldn't know success if it hit you in the face..

Crawshaw is the only geezer I can think of that thinks getting a bargin is rumaging around the bins after a bootsale!!!!

Really? I was always led to believe that Great Britain was the buffer between the Atlantic and the North Sea. I'm so pleased to have been enlightened.

Subtle hint - the 'Shrimper'in the username might just indicate that Canvey Island aren't the team I support. Let me know if you need me to draw you a picture to make it a little clearer.

I know 'Rain Man' was a decent film, but there's no need to stay in character, Dustin.

He cant help it Shrimper, the reason he's not posted for so long is because the nut house he stays at has only just started letting him use the pc again after the last lot of pointless idiotic posts he made!! That and they were fed up of him dribbling all over the keyboard.

That's what I like about this forum, the well thought out articulate responses that you get

Bless you my child and welcome back from your ecclesiatic retreat. I continue to pray that nasty Mr King will reduce the prices at that horrid Park Lane so that you might feel more comfortable coming over to visit us and perhaps spare alms for the poor islanders. It is part of your missionary duty you know RJS, to bring some light to us heathens living in the Thames Estuary.

Thank you for your enlightened contribution and for pointing out the error of our pikey ways. Please remember us in your prayers; that we may seek the same sort of salvation as you.

Please keep your erudite contributions coming. Must admit though, you haven't really got into gear yet. These postings are way below par. Have you been ill? Nothing trivial I hope.

Merv, what time did you get home eventually last night? Managed to get a lift home from Thurrock Services but the replacement coach still wasn't there when I left at 10pm. Bit of a nightmare journey home on Coach B!!

Walked in at 10 minutes to 11.

Went to bed and had a funny dream. I dreamt that some total [****!!****] would post a load of utter bo££ocks on this forum. Clicked on here at about 12:16pm and guess what?
