See photos of 250 grounds including Gravesend!

am a Brentford fan who runs a fans website of photos of grounds. All photos have been taken by myself. There are around 250 grounds on there and each has between 10-30 photos. There are also photos of disused grounds such as Plough Lane. Do take a look. The site is totally non-commercial.

The answer to your query on why its not simply called Northfleet is that the club came about through the merger of Gravesend, and Northfleet Football Clubs during the 1940's.

 

Glad to see the ground was liked by you, though - it may be rather battered now, but like you, I enjoy the ground as it is reminiscent of old football league grounds.

Good call Daz.As much as we take the p*ss out of them,Dartfords ground it's easily conference standard and not to far off division 3 <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
