Top 10 plus the 2 relegated teams presumably means the top 10 that weren't promoted?

Chester & Shrewsbury aren't part of that top 10 as they would be part of the football league quota?

In that case, will Telford be included as they finished in 12th place or will the final slot go to D&R?

Telford no longer exist so I presume the place will go to Dagenham.

The 'new Telford' is AFC Telford - a completely new club & will be starting next season in Unibond div 1 - 3 divisions below the conference.

The return of the Bob Lord trophy certainly means a potentially large increase in fixtures next year. Sadly, it would appear that the much-maligned KSC is going to become even more marginalized.

Note, however, that the LDV Vans sponsorship ran to the end of 2003/4, so the competition may have a new name for next season. Or, possibly, may not even exist in its current format. Or at all.

Are we in the Cup........only if there is one!

Yes, the competition is running next season and we're in it - confguide confirms this.

But thats the link that includes the following :-

So, no certainty it will be running next season, unless you know better !!

As Alan said that's the piece that says it may not run next season, I was looking for the link that now says it is definitely on.

But thanks anyway.

Whoops, missed that final paragraph - sorry everyone. I just glanced at it quickly, assuming that the fact there was a list of teams there confirmed it would be running this coming season.

The KSC problem could be solved with Gillingham re-entering.
How many more fans would turn out to try and see thier reach the final, and face, most probably, Gillingham, at the Priestfield, or another venue?

It would be good for the Gills as they could blood some more of the younger players who rarely get competitive games. The likes of Beckwith, Awuah, Crofts, Bossu and others would all benefit. But Gills would never conscend to it cause.....well, no real reason just can't see it.
