I refer to the great, shaven headed, Scouso-Dane, who put in a typically combative performance in midfield last night. With a surname that leaves him just a single letter short of our club name, he has to come to the Fleet, I would suggest as cover for Steve McKimm. I'm sure all long term supporters remember that great goal poacher, Phil Stonebridge, who simply had to play for us eventually. Thomas would simply be following in a noble tradition.

 

I'm sure £500, say a grand or two, at a push, would satisfy Everton. Then, if Mr Gladwish can throw in a bung, by way of unlimited supplies of Gillette Mach Turbos to keep that head (Mr Gravesen's, not his own) nice & shiny, the deal's as good as done.
