The prices we pay

It is a good job we were playing away. It is cheaper.

Me and two boys. at Leyton total costs including a burger each, petrol, programme and a drink etc. £22.50

Me and two boys at Canvey £36.50.

Can somebody please look at the prices for Juniors.

Case in point,1 adult and two kids at Southend(family ticket)£11
1 adult and two kids at Canvey£21

Yes but look at the crap football they have to put up with at Southend compared to our wonderful flowing entertaining football we play!!

Seriously though they are going to have to look at reducing the prices for kids. It could get embarrassing if in some games we are only getting 400 crowds.

I think if you can prove you're at a Student age with something like a NUS/Connextions Card then you should qualify. However knowing our luck, I doubt the Club accept Connextions Card, (which are given out free to every Student when they're 16 if they're at College) as a form of Student ID.

I've just left school and turned 16 pre-season. I was rejected to be under-16 last year several times.

This year I currently dont have a job, and im not attending a college or anything, but I still have to pay £11 a week, and you adults are moaning! pfft tongue

I get £10 a week for doing several jobs, aint even enough to get in the ground .

Took my nephew to Basilricay today, total admision £3,at Park Lane it would have been £13

OAP= £2

Under 16= £1

I am annoyed that the club is pricing genuine supporters out of Park Lane because of their greed. It is hard enough to survive on the State Pension let alone pay exhorbitant admission charges to watch a game of football!

I do believe that they have to stay within certain guidelines for the League proper but my beef is the cost of the friendlies. 'I' will pay the entrance fee but my thoughts are for those that cannot afford it and potential supporters, friendlies are an ideal opportunity to attract new support, overpricing friendlies will not achieve this.

ive never been that bothered by the pre seasons.. take em or leave em.. as for ticketing.. well this team cost money to run and lets face it, most of the time its good entertaining football..

if you want to see good players then it costs..

ok now we can go into a whole realm of supply an demand and crowd number scematics to achieve an optimum number .. i dont know the answer but i do know that there will be a goodly number of people in on tuesday night for the fleet game and it will be a much better atmosphere, much better football and worth evey penney .. as opposed to playing say leyton or harrow...

maybe some flexibility here? say family season tickets or call it 13 quid for adults and 3 pounds for kids (not fair on the adults i know ;-)...

or cheap tickets for kids on a saturday and the above scenario for the tuesday night games (away fans wont accept it i know ;-)

what ever the optimum price is or the best plan for encouraging youngsters im happy to pay the current price for this seasons games and would pay more if we were sucsessful in this league ..

the real gripe i have is those pesky students getting in cheap!

If you look at the other teams prices's that are in the conference you will find theat we are one of the cheapest. most teams are £12+. I know £11 is a hell of a lot for these pre season friendly's but when it come to the league it is good money i feel.

Not according to the list in this week's NLP:

£8 - 1 Club
£9 - 3 Clubs
£10 - 10 Clubs
£11 - 5 Clubs
£12 - 2 Clubs
£13 - 1 Club

So in fact 14 out of the 22 teams have a basic admission price less than you, That's about 64%
