You need to study these to pictures carefully.

 

I didn't spot the 3 changes immediately, but if you study it carefully, you will spot all three.

 

It is obvious once you spot them.

 

Clue - have a close look at the town - and the snow capped mountains behind

I'm not THAT silly, (contrary to Mala's and USA's views). I made sure the volume was turned orf !!

 

I'm getting seriously concerned about Ian_W !

 

..........and him an Administrator, too ! When I was employed in Local Governement, my grade was 'Administrator'.

 

Arr well !! - I suppose that speaks volumes, then !
