anyone that who signed there email up on saturday. did you get the email.

Glenn Aitkin says
"As you may already be aware we are currently experiencing some difficulty with the web site particularly delivering you the fans up-to-date information. We are addressing this problem but it may take a few weeks. We still feel it is vitally important to keep you abreast of the latest developments at the club as well as forthcoming fixtures. You were kind enough to give the club your email address last week, which will enable us to e-mail you on a regular basis with news and developments. "

maybe at last a decent website with news.

The only way that this problem can be addressed is a complete rewrite using a simple HTML/CSS coded website that can be updated by anyone with a little knowledge using (mainly) software bundled in with the computer.

Last year it took literally 5 mins to update the news page from the time that the e-mail with the information arrived here to it being online and available to view.

All the time the you use Flash to complile the whole site then you need specialised expensive software (I paid £100 for a s/hand version of Flash 4) and a fair bit of knowledge of how to use it.

I'm not holding my breath.

Agreed Dave.
Using Flash canes all your computers resources and it may not work for people who are at work or have older machines.

Simple html pages where you basically cut and paste in the text are the way forward.

Function before form.
