How do we stop the rot

Just like everyone else I have noticed that we have a good first half,go in for the break, come back out 'CRAP'. -'Good Idea'- Keep our players on the pitch bring on the reserves through the break - then play the second half!! could work!! My fear is the reserves may win!!

 

My next theory is, are the two teams changing kit at half time? or are the coaching staff now placing bets at good odds and then make a last minute assault to win the League??

It seems to me we are becoming like a kids sunday morning side where you give everyone a game to keep them happy.

Every game there are certain players who never get dropped then the rest are shuffled each week,i dont think we have started yet with the same team 2 weeks running.

Why was Danny Potter dropped he has been one of the most consistent players so far,until we get a settled team i cant see things improving.

How about re-calling Cobby from Heybridge? No, I'm not serious but he scored for them after just 16 minutes tonight!!
