It has to be FM 2005. The layout and stats are so similar to previous Champ Managers and whilst I think Champ Manager 5 will be an OK manager game I can't see how it will compete with FM.

The brains behind Champ Manager are at FM and it shows.

Go to sigames and judge for yourself. It definitely looks impressive.

I've been with the Champ Man series for 11 years, but the only game I'm contemplating buying is Football Manager. Sports Interactive have done a fabulous job over the years and have set the benchmark for football management games. Now doing their own thing, they have been very clever in buying the name of the previous football management series that set the standard and I've no doubt that FM2005 will [censored] all over CM5.

From a nostalgic point of view, I hope Fm2005 will retain some of the quirkiness of the original version from 1982, in which you could quite easily win the FA Cup when in Division 4 (none of this league two crap).

Roll on November

FM5 at the moment!

CM5 is coming out in the second half of this year!!! Which makes me think it must of been bloody poor as it was susposed to come out in October 04!
