Robbie Savage on our Roy...

Anyone see Robbie Savage on Football Focus this morning? Said Essandoh playing for Northern Ireland would make a mockery of the tournament!

Actually, I think players with gay Toni&Guy hairstyles make a mockery of the game.

i hate savage, did you hear what he said to souness last week???

Heh heh, yeah, that was quality. "I'm better than you ever were Souness."

"Really, son? What have you won then? League title? European Cup? FA Cup? Played in the World Cup?"

Naff off Savage, you two-bob nancy.

Anyone who witnessed Robbie Savage on TV this afternoon will realise that we are talking Neandartal. Thus his comments about absolutely anything should not be given a moment's consideration, least of all concerning Roy.

Like any self respecting person I always disliked Robbie Savage , but when I heard that he was going to miis the England game for a foul I felt a bit sorry for him .

This morning however Savage was talking to Football Focus. Now I heard what he said but didn't understand it until someone translated for me. Savage if your reading this get your hair cut you big girl. Oh and those shoes. It just sickens me that some of my licence fee would have gone to him to appear on the BEEB twice today. Perhaps he wanted to get out of the cave?

Check out the forthcoming club programme for the game versus Exeter City on Saturday! Inside the back page is a suitable chastisement and response to one William Robert Savage, the one and only 'lady-man' of football.

The one and only lady-man of football? Beckham? Name ring a bell?

Take the example of Paul Parry. Transferred from Hereford to Cardiff and overnight suddenly becomes a full Welsh international. I'm sure Roy would have done himself justice given he chance.

As for Savage - see he refused to shake Dudeks' hand at the end of the match last night, and says some players won't play for Wales unless Brian Flynn is given the Welsh job. So he's running true to form then

With what comes out of it , it may just as well be, both he and Bellamy represent certain things that are bad about some overpaid footballers today.

They behave like spoilt children being cynical and fouling players, protesting at every decision that doesn't go their way, they actually think their hard men and are commiited to the cause!!

Players like Souness etc were no angels but they could take the knocks and at least had the good grace to shake their opponents hand at the end of a game.

It's certainly difficult to pick a winner in a 'My hair's much crapper and girlier than yours' competition. And those figure-hugging Wales tops don't help these big ladies' blouses look any less feminine.

I am also beginning to think the criteria for international elegibility is becoming farcical

But what's so farcical about a Belfast-born player being drafted in to a very small country's team when most of their strikers, of whom the best are League One standard anyway, are injured?

Yeah, Savage is entitled to his opinion, but his opinion is wrong.
