Wilkerson is just a big baby , he could not stomach the fact his team were losing to a team like burton (obviously as you feel just because you're 4th you're great).

Your original point about Wilkerson's behaviour, if that's what he did, may well have been valid. However, this thread has now denigrated into "We beat you 3-2 yah yah, you think you're great cos you're fourth, your ground's a dump, we've got a new one coming, you couldn't handle losing, you're all tight cos you wouldn;t move the kick off and some of your fans don't travel away...", all of which is a bit playground, eh brewer? Either stick to the original point, or go and do your homework.

25?

I think you will find it was far more than 25 who came to your place last season. For a start it was 37 degrees and many of us stayed under that side "stand" so you might have thought from the home terrace all we had were the ones standing behind the goal , well you're wrong there. The season before we didn't take many , perhaps your thinking of that?

Has the ground improved? I found the whole place of Northfleet extremely weird anyway and don't want to talk about it.

Do you still get free dirt on your head in the main stand when the ball hits the roof? Hope so

"Weird"? What, like The X-Files, aliens and paranormal and stuff?

"Don't want to talk about it". Heh heh, mentally scarred or something were you?

Now that things have quietened down slightly on this thread, can I have another four-penny worth ?

Some of you are missing the point !

Abusive language is one thing, BUT, the crux of the matter, (if you'll pardon the expression), is the content of what was said.

If what was said was within ear-shot of supporters and was of an intimidating nature, then that can be termed INCITEMENT !

Incitement can be investigated by the Police and is far more serious than just abusive language.

An apology from the player concerned is not enough ! The club and the F.A. must act or this sort of behaviour will become prevalent !

He then tried to justify his actions to the fans behind the goal who were not best pleased with his bullying technique, not the most sensible thing to do. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/boxing.gif" alt="" />

I dont have a problem with that and if Wilko did something wrong he should be punished all I was saying to that mug Burton fan who only went yesterday because he's other team Aston Villa weren't playing was why come in here looking for an argument what are you a politician? Relax take the easy side of life. And then come back on here admit you were wrong and appologise.

Good ol' Burton Albion

Good win (3-2)

Good form W4 D1 L1 (last 6)

Good goalie (who doesn't abuse kids)

Good at co-operation (when needed by other clubs)

Good Bye.

Right...ok ...here goes.....

1 - If Wilko was out of order, then he should apologise. I wasn't at the game as I was one of the lazy bast*rds watching the England game and drinking copious amounts of Strongbow....for which I make no apology ! So I don't know the truth about the incident.

2 - Vis a vis earlier post by Brewer....if you don't like coming to our ground, then don't bother...we still, just about, live in a democracy and you have the choice not to make the journey mate...!!

3 - Don't make cheap jibes at our team pal....you just worry about your own team ! We'll do ok !!

Regards,

Surely this cannot be true, and is all a load of b*****ks send down to our forum to wind us all up, which is exactly what it is doing. If the Burton Keeper did the same then us respectable fans of GNFC would simply report it to the linesman at the end of the game instead of getting involved ourselves.

As for Wilko doing that, I can't really see it, coz he's a really decent bloke, and a real family man. Why would he want to upset a youngster? If it was a d******d burton fan from behind his goal i could understand his abuse, coz they shouldn't be allowed to timewaste just because they're winning.

I'm sure that they'll be relegated by the time they visit stonebridge road, and for Unregistered's information, we have only lost 4 games in the WHOLE SEASON!!!! that's why we're 4th and your 17th.
