I really am starting to think a change would be good for the club we have a great side but Andy just does not know how to push us on further

Erm... is this what happens when we have two defeats on the trot?

Or are you trying to provoke an argument for no reason? What with us being fourth, very very good for a part-time side, and Andy working with one of the division's smallest budgets... yeah, maybe we'd better sack him. He's obviously rubbish.

He just seems to me that he does not know how to change a game.

And who the hell are you to give a qualified opinion. You hide behind the anonimity of unregistration and appear to know nothing about Fleet or Andy.
Have you ever seen them play?
Specifically over the last 7 years.
If you have then you will realise that you are spouting literal bollox.

People were proved wrong last year for wanting him sacked when we were lying in the relegation zone this time last season. Considering he's now got us 4th just one season later, I'd say he's done a better than good job.

Oh Dear! Easily the most successful manager, as well as longest serving, in the Fleet's history. Words cannot describe the fantastic job Andy has done in transform ing the 'Fleet from a big town club in a small town league, into the leading part-time club in England.

I agree but then I always have dreams about buildings walking. Go to conferencefootball.tv click Gravesend & Northfleet click the highlights section, click Aldershot and then Andy Ford just look how confident the guy is.

Sorry guys but just had to give my replies to that idiot who brought up the subject of your manager. As you know I am a margate fan but what Andy Ford has done for you is phoenominal. He has, as others have said done so much with so little.I suggest you others just ignore this chaps remarks and move on to another subject. Couldn't believe that guy, even from a MARGATE fan. You are all doing exceptionally well and am extremely envious of you all.

Some people seem to be getting ideas above the club's station. I would frankly have settled for mid-table obscurity again this season and anyone who is uncomfortable with the current, clearly appalling fourth spot should think of switching allegiances to another team. Ford lifted us from mediocre Doc Martins League drudgery to a massive fourth in the Conference. It seems totally implausible that anyone could even entertain the notion of sacking the Fordmeister after a couple of losses, one against the Shots - who are contenders for the play-offs again this season - the other in a game where our in-form captain was out injured. And I thought we'd heard the last of this topic a long time ago...

As i have said before and will as briefly as possible say again now - We (GNFC) are not ready for league 2!

We dont have the crowd - we are struggling to attract the crowd
We dont have the finances - we will find it hard to attract the finances
We dont have a good enough stadium - we will find it hard to find one

I for one will not want us to get promoted this year! We will not attract a vastly bigger crowd and will not be financially stable enough - Just outside playoffs will do - Glen/Andy F/Brian etc can bash heads and come up with ways to attract a crowd - get up to 3000 in the conference and then push straight up to League 2.... Job Done.

As easy as that!

I think Aldershot had people calling for their manager to be sacked a few weeks ago, on their forum. Some people are just never happy are they?!
