With Pennock joining the coaching staff do you think it has made a difference ?

I think Andy and Penncok are a team in heaven and can see these two going onto bigger and better things.

Results speak for themselves. it is no coincidence that since Ade was appointed last Autumn, we haven't look back.

It could be argued that 2004 has, results wise, been the most successful in the Club's history.

Ade appears to be a very good right hand man for Andy, and full credit must be given to Brian and the board for making that appointment.

The best management partnership in non-league imo.

Perhaps going a little far there, although they do clearly make a good team. Full respect goes to Andy for his shrewd signings such as Chris Moore. Adie and he have clearly made all the difference to this squad. Surely now we have seen the end of any criticism of Andy's managerial style? The number of times I've heard people complaining that he's made the wrong substitutions - for example, the chants of Tostao's name two seasons back - is ridiculous. We should all have faith in our longest-serving and potentially most successful manager in history.
