How soon after we become the United States of Europe will F.I.F.A. come up with the idea of the intercontinental cup to help with raising money for senior dignitaries retirement funds?

North America, Africa, Australia and Asia would play a round robin, and the top two would be sacrficed on the semi final altar of the two seeded teams (Europe and South America) With the final being played on a six leg basis so that each area could be milked further.

Following on from this, we could then have a northern v southern hemisphere competition, an east v west knockout and even at a push somebody could be found to market a time zone competition.
