No you're right we've played them 3 times just in cup competitions- and we play them Saturday in the league(AWAY). Apart from Hertford which is about 5 miles we haven't had a game away from ware for about 2 months.

A very lethargic performance today and the absence of the influential Al James Hannigan cost Enfield a furthur 2 points in a game that should have yeilded all 3. E's started the brighter with much of the possession but the final ball always seemed inadequate .Only precious koko's long range drive troubled ware keeper matt cope in a dismal first half. The second half started much the same way and ware were gradually starting to put together one or two descent attacks,Still E's had plenty of the possession but couldn't carve out any decent chances.James bunn limped off after a clumsy tackle .Greg howells free kick was easily saved by Cope. E's were made to pay when on 62 mins former cheshunt striker Henry Hastrup got through the E's rearguard to put the ball under the advancing Nick Christoffi 1-0 .Enfield then started to wake up a little but the ware defence were holding on and many wayward passes /crosses helped them out out all too often.E's finally levelled on 82 mins when a loose ball was picked up by jamie Richards just inside the area and a neat turn and lob over the outstretched matt cope made it 1-1. Richards almost won it for enfield when his late header just went wide. Frustration then got the better of ronnie watson as he earned himself a RED CARD for foul & abusive language towards MR TAVENER and his assistant on 90mins. E's assistant manager PAUL WILDMAN was also ordered from the dugout following the same incident.A vast improvement is needed if enfield are to make any progress in the vase in a fortnights time. Thanks to Ware keeper Matt cope for his good luck wishes for the vase match which was appreciated by the E's faithful.
