How is everyone doing with their non-league teams? I have managed to get Gravesend into League 1.

04/05: Won the Conference and FA Trophy. LDV Vans Semi-Final. FA Cup Round 2

05/06: 3rd in League 2, FA Cup Round 2, League Cup Round 1, LDV Vans out first round.

Not bad for my first two seasons on the game.

Just started a new game with Canvey. Only played a few pre season friendlies but things seem to be going well. Managed to sign ex Liverpool defender Steve Harkness on a free which was a bit of a coup!!

I added Windsor into the conference South at the expense of Basingstoke and i'm doing well with no money and hardly any players! Lol. Making money every month and am currently 10th in the league and in he 2nd round of the FA Cup!

I've not got a tv tie! I'm against Charlton for crying out loud!

First season at ricay 3rd in league after 27 games, FAC 2nd R V tramerre, inculding a 5-2 V Horncuhruch A 2-1 30 to go Danny H unfit on bench briought socres 4 still in FAT

Danny Hockton 27 from 23 games, fair few as sub and taken off many times as very [censored] fitness, sold to Millwall for 130K!!!

Woody to have players in game you need to have it on a large database setting I have been on large, my PC is nought special 1.8 G 512 MG RAM, upgrading the RAM from 256 made huge difference mind running better now than when on smallest database and will only cost about 40 quid from PC world incl fitting

Top of the Conference after 12 games with Canvey (won 10 of them)

Lee Boylan and Junior Mcdougald are banging in the goals for me. 16 altogether for them in the league.

They rock. Just looked i lost vs Charlton and came 12th in the league. Next season i came 7th and this season i'm 3rd after 16 games and equal on points with 1st!

Most well known player i got is a young lad who is related to Geroge Boatang.

He is class

Woody I find on the game that quantity is better than quality especially with the number of games I played by connie south sides if you get god FAC n FAT which frankly you have to have at least to be finically viable and that getting in a few squaddies really helps say half a doxen on 100 notes a week and have them as young uns than they will develop as players and may be sold to a league club

Ok an update from me, as it was my first time on the game, I was unaware what going WAY OVER your transfer budget might lead to. Going well over during the Conference and League 2, this resulted in relegation straigh from League 1 despite a good start. Now stuck in League 2 with heavy debts!
