RYMAN LEAGUE ASSOCIATE MEMBERS TROPHY.
GROUP.A

Steve and myself, picked a neutral game to go and watch as no Iron game last night, the main stand at Wodson was impressive, price was £ 6.00 to get in and £ 1.50 for the match day prog, Enfield rested Richo, X Iron Jamie Richards for there important vase game at home to Brislington.

The gate i would guess was about 80, the 1st half in the rain, the Enfield couple of Supporters stood behind the goal, which is not covered with their two flags.

2nd half the rain eased off and there were quite alot of Hertford fans around as could be heard, about 10-15 behind the goal. More in the stand. It was good to meet up with X Cheshunt Club Sec again.

The game.
Enfield started the brighter going in front on 24 mins 1.0, on the half hour Enfield get a penalty score it, like last week at Brentwood the ref demands it be re-taken, the keeper does get a hand to it, but it still goes in 2.0

41 mins Hertford score to make it 2.1, Hertford have a lot more opportunities to score and make it 2.2 on the stroke of half time.

Hertford in the 2nd half, must have had about another 6-8 oppo's to score, surely they must win, the Enfield keeper is tipping shots over the bar, he was superb. Enfield score on 69 mins to make it 3.2.

So you were there and it was you talking to Rob ...Anyway that was an entertaining game last night, 3 or 4 new faces I'd not seen before and they all played well, especially no.5 is it John Stevenson? I take it none of them are cup-tied, it'll be good to have some competition for places Sunday.

We stood opposite the main stand, the funniest moment after Enfield scored, the amount of Hertford fans in the first half who went balistic near us at the lino, they really went for it.

Lino could only reply, go back round there, pointing towards the main stand.

Not me Mark no. I thought it might have been you talking to Rob but I weren't sure. A long way to travel to watch a fairly unimportant game, especially as Richo wasn't playing- didn't fancy Celebrity Big Brother last night then?

No can catch up with Big Bro on Thursday or Friday, fancied a game.

Did not take long to get there, did the new A120 then A10, coming back there did not seem to be a road for North of the A10, so got off at A414, went to Harlow, back up M11 and then A120, which took double the time.

Hey ho, felt it was worth it.

Father Jack, me and my mate stood right by the half way line, there were a group of Enfield fans to our right and the group of Hertford fans to our left, when the bloke with the beard went for the lino, he moved to right in front of us. Joined by another fan.
