Prediction League: 1st Results

Well the first results are in and the Prediction League is now updated with the first table of the season...

 

Congratulations to our early leader fluffmunga <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif" alt="" /> who is top by virtue of Goal Difference from no less than 20 others.

 

Next weeks fixtures are now available and include the Ryman 2 fixture featuring Dorking who will be hoping to improve on their opening day 7-0 home defeat to Leyton.

Thanks Dave and Chris - would you mind having another check? (I've just reformatted it all having spent all day trying to teach myself drop down menus with a whinging 2 year old around me). I think it's better, but it's still not perfect. Can you let me know whether I've wasted all day today!

The menus good. Only one thing - it's not all visible if you don't have your browser maximised for size you miss the bottom two items on it. On the whole it's pretty neat.

Chris.. how automated is the prediction league your doing on here? do u have to calculate the points, goal diff etc yourself and update the tables?

I'd be doing that all week if it were by hand. The things automated, and I just trust its worked things out right!

The 3rd weeks results are in for the prediction league and we have the 3rd league leader in as many weeks. This time it's Pete who's heading the pack on his own with 10 points.

 

Next weeks fixtures are in place with Fixtures from the Conference, Ryman Premier and Div 1.

Pleased to report that like Boston (starting off 4 points behind everyone).I'm now in credit. 5 points from 6 games - I'm after you Hoarse Whisperer.......though a stupid 4-1 prediction could slow me this week.
