Not quite gnfc. The writers of the code for the game took their code and put it into a new title - Football Manager. Producers Eidos retained the game title and have produced some rubbish it appears in the latest Championship Manager game.

 

Therefore, Championship Manager as we know it (all the coding etc) has now been retitled to Football Manager.
