As part of my testy year I would like to set up an "old boys" match involving those who I have played with during the years. I have drawn up a list of around 26 or so to make up the two teams. Who would you like to see pull on the yellow shirt again for one final time if I can find them?? If anyone says Martin Mullen I'll.....ask him! They don't have to be the best, just the ones you've adored watching at the Lane. First name I thought of working through the years was Eddie Carrick.

You may want to rephrase the last bit - Michael Jackson springs to mind <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

How about Jeff King and Mark Stimson? - just a suggestion.

Some great names in there and some i had forgotten. I've now got a squad of 40!!!
Benno said he would come back and play if and I quote "I can move Bruv!" already researched into the Romford 5 Dezzie, Ports, Donners, Blakey and Bretty. No one mentioned one of my all time faves...Scotty Lindsey! Good shout on Crow and Payney and Eddie Martin. No-one mentioned Martin Mullen, Lee Ballard and Steve Munday. Dave "Macca" Roser top man!! Steve Warner is another.
