hold on lads we are attempting to hold the ceiling up here

Given the chance to draw breath we will be just as polite and modest as ever

It appears almost certain now that the FA cup is our best chance of silverware

Is the route to Cardiff as bad as they say

Don't worry canvey, I remember wehn we won this league, now 10 years ago, we lost the first 6 games a row yet still won the league..

Oh hang, no we didn't, we went on 15 game unbeaten run and destroyed almost everyone in our path (we drew with St Albans though). Silly me.

Chesham aren't that team anymore and got a frustrating draw at home to Harrow, but all things considered I am reasonably upbeat! I can't imagine there are many upbeat Canvey fans at the moment, in the words or Marvin Gaye, what's going on??

That was actually the terrific result I was refering to Richard in my conversation with Colin, their fans didn't make much noise though 2,500 home fans is something Canvey can only dream of! Anyway it was a terrific performance some good saves by Wilko and I must admit I was a bit dubious about him when he signed, still as there are no Canvey fans on here other than pabird we may as well talk amongst ourselves, and all pabird seems worried about is the M4 to Cardiff, I think that's one problem he needn't worry about! As for the rest of the Canvey lot, such as they are:

You only post when your winning,

Post when your winning,

You only post when your winning........

Superb keeper though. Against Dagenham was a little under pressure but with confidence he seems as good as Jamie, and thats saying something.
