big groups, burberry, foul mouthed, nickelson shirts, earrings with a circumference of more than 8 cm

How many do you see wearing burberry nowadays?

The 'chav' image is a fad, be over in 5 years. In the meantime the best thing to do is

most.. but not all. Most people from my school are not like that at all

I wouldn't be so sure about that one Hannah.

The ban is a good idea, it allows Bluewater to keep the control. Big groups of girls and guys just hanging around outside shops are intimidating, and it's not what you need when your shopping, having to look over your shoulder every 5 minutes

Did any of you see the 'Tonight with Trev McDonald' thing last night on so called Happy Slapping...?? It's about groups of youths going up to innocent people on buses, trains and even in the street and slapping them for no reason.. They are also using their mobile phones to catch the footage, so they can pass it around the groups... This is a concern for everyone, as the craze grows... So watch your backs.. They have no regard for age, gender or size, so be aware of it.. They reckon as the craze grows, more deadlier attacks will happen...!!! What is this country coming too..?? If I see it happening, I dread to think what I would do..!!

Does that mean that the shops in Bluewater will stop selling the hooded tops?

Can't they ban the chav girls from wearing those bloody hooped earings and 15 necklaces.

I agree its a good move to ban the little chavs

I saw some of this programme and I state here and now if anyone even tries that with me i will kick their cnt in. Chavvy little gits. I would not have dreamed of doing that to a stranger. No respect.

I couldn't believe the total disregard for the victims, and the 'chavs' doing it were such obnoxious little pr1ck5 that they needed a good kicking themselves... Just proves how cowardly they are today, surely the parents are as much to blame also...!! And to go on national TV and brag about it, well, I was disgusted..!!

You can’t ban anybody because someone may find them intimidating.

As has been mentioned before, Bluewater is private property, so they can ban whoever they like - and they dont have to give a reason!
But the crowds of chavs that hang around Bluewater, with no many to spend, just annoying and intimadating others now can be easily told 'No, sorry'.... Excellant idea!

As chavs can't seem to speak the queens English I think there is probably only one language they would understand-I therefore propose a new craze-CHAV SLAPPING. Just seeing the disrespectful little pr1cks makes me want to slap them. I watched that program last night in disbelief at the total thickness of these animals. The country is going to hell in a handcart.

Chav Slapping = Great idea.

Gotta say that I think the hooded tops ban is b*****ks. Hooded tops are popular things to wear these days and don't make you a chav for wearing one. Same goes for caps. Now as for the stupid Nike TM hats...

Come on eh fella, we know it doesn’t work like that. Do you honestly think that Bluewater would dare to ban a group of black lads just becasue a couple of pensioners found them intimidating? No chance in the world. Last week at Bluewater a black lad was arrested for shoplifting and when he was apprehended by the Bluewater security he was screaming at them “come on then blood’s I’ll cut you all up, I’ll chiv you-up brethren” (I’m well informed! Don’t believe me and your welcome to make enquires – be warned I’m not wrong).

Now I’m not being funny but there isn’t a chance in the world that Bluewater would turn away a group of intimidating looking black lads and then give the reason as ‘no reason, we just felt like it’ – [****!!****] all. Point I’m making is although Bluewater is private property, they wouldn’t dare ban anyone without good reason just because they don’t like the look of them (if you don’t believe me try it). The ban only applies to people who the Bluewater Management feels are deliberately concealing their identities to CCTV by wearing caps and hoods.
