Good legal point, if he done it himself then maybe, but if it is on his back surely the artist is the one in breach of copyright.

It is on his leg so he had the choice to say no

Someone give the yanks a ring and let them know. Safest bet for him is just to chop his leg off, he wont have know worries about a big law suit coming his way

At least no spelling mistakes this time.

Anyone know what the copyright issue was?

Yes, it also belonged to the American health service or something or other, can't remember too well, there was a thread about it a while back. Was kind of funny watchng "Supersize me" and have a huge version of the Canvey logo at the press conference!

Not the worst logo I've ever seen chaps, but the font is awful - like something from a £10 software photo package. Whack in a plain professional font and it'd look much better.

Quite like the new badge. But why are we getting the [****!!****]-end view of the Gull?

Okay, bottom-end, but I didn't think [****!!****] was hat offensive.

the idea is the gull is flying from behind to the front and is a sign of moving forward.
