Seems the disease is spreading........The Fleets forum is thinking of going the same way!

But they will probably go one step further and ban anyone who doesn't agree with them...The "Forum Gods", that is!

Depends on your viewpoint, but 'banning anyone' is an exaggeration. To my knowledge, no-one's been banned other than maybe Loyal, and he's been allowed back under the guise of Longshanks. People disagree, but it's not the totalitarian regime some like to point it out as being.
