traffic wardens

Recommended Posts

what experiences have we had of them giving us a ticket or seen the draft way they issue a ticket to someone else

I saw a couple pull up in a car at midnight and stick a ticket on a car outside a pub cause it was on a double yellow line

Firstly, traffic wardens are only doing their job, so leave them alone!

They have a vital role in keeping the traffic moving, something that goes unnoticed most of the time (except when you are caught up in a traffic jam, due to an illegally or badly parked vehicle).

If anyone does have a problem with parking restrictions, then contact the local council highway authority directly.

Personally, I think the anti-car policies adoped by most local authorities haev gone too far, and there's far too little short term parking provision. This sometimes forces people to park in innappropriate locations.

Finally, single yellow lines, double yellow lines are only part of the restriction. The associated signing will tell you when the restrictions are in force. So don't just assume because there are yellow lines you can't park! The Highway Code will also give you some tips and advice on parking!

I fu*king hate traffic wardens, they are all total nerds obviously bullied at school and this is their only way of feeling a bit of power.

I did the best thing to one only a month or so ago. I let him cross the road and when he started crossing revved the engine really loud and he jumped so high in the air it was quality. He started taking down my plate and asking people if they saw what i had done. Me and my mate just couldnt stop laughing at the fat nerd. ha ha ha!

Took absolute delight in driving hard through the huge puddle one pillock was standing next to, busy writing out a ticket. He got soaked. Brilliant!

This can constitute an offence, under:-

Here's a strange thought...........

Many red-blooded males fantasise about screwi*g a lady in uniform - usually a nurse or a french-maid, but even more commonly a police-woman.

I have [color:"red"] NEVER [color:"black"] heard any bloke say he fantasises about 'having' a woman in a traffic-wardens uniform.

......... answers on a yellow-banned cap, to................... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/chloenurse.gif" alt="" />
