Can anyone tell me why on there adverts they claim to be making security easier and safer but when you pay for it through them and have a problem all they want to do is pass you on to someone else and NOT solve the problem you are paying THEM for?
Why pay them ? Why not go straight to the other company in the first place, thats what i am going to do now and also dump AOL when I can.
Thank you rant over. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

Well known fact...

I'll interject that whilst I certainly do not send my phone calls through them 'coz of the price, BT are really sound as an ISP !

Whatever you do, don't do Wannadoo... cannot remember the exact details but they are a simple rebranding of some Frog outfit that were well and truly CR@P !

Aren't all home services pretty much BT rebranded, with the exception of NTL & Telewest anyway?

I use Tiscali and it's been fine, though I hear they might be in hot water, financially speaking.

I think you'll find that Wannadoo is a shoot-off from Freeserve.

'Er Indoors has a legal action in hand against them for something I can't mention on here, YET !!!!

We have been with BT for all services for 18 months now, with no problems. They are fantastic !
