I know a Grays fan who is pretty gutted - should do well at Southend by all accounts.

 

Give Stimpson, or Grays, their dues - they do seem to be able to spot young talent and give them a good run out. More money in their coffers.

 

Williamson was released and apart from Hallett we seem to buy players in with a certain amount of experience - as a small club should we take a lesson from Grays and be more proactive with young talent?
