First half under the weather. Michael Kalli made two great saves. We never had a shot on target. Maidenhead's #9 - Allen - caused problems until he had to retire as half time approached when he over stretched himself.
Second half total domination although, strangely enough, their goalkeeper was not unduely worried. In last 5 minutes, Maidenhead realised that they should be playing! We broke and winner scored by Marvin Rufus following some fine interplay between Simon Peddie and Dean Fenton.
Vote For Your MOTM Here!

To be fair, we had two shots on target in the first half. One was from Ayres, when the goal keeper had to save at his near post. The other was one that I can't remember very well, but I know he did have another to save!! images/icons/wink.gif" border="0 There were also a couple of occasions when the Maidenhead defence did well blocking shots, that were on target, and could have troubled the keeper. Sorry to be pedantic, but I didn't think it was just the second half that we showed any attacking abilities.
Great result, and a brilliant time to score!
Cheers

Sorry Derek, I read your match report, and didn't get a chance to put a message back on here saying that perhaps I'd been a little hasty with my comments!!!
Cheers
